Cactus Inn & Suites

This hotel may be a bit older, but Todd and Tom are the reason my company continues to stay here. They work incredibly hard to keep the property clean and well maintained. No matter how busy they are, they are always friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure our construction crews are well taken care of. The ongoing remodeling and new beds are making a big difference, and we really appreciate the improvements. Ownership – please know that Todd and Tom are the reason we keep coming back. They make us feel at home every time we’re here. We’ll be back next week and look forward to another great stay.

I love this place! Extremely friendly and professional staff that takes care of the residents. The cleaning staff comes every day and offers to clean the rooms, and the front office quickly repairs any issues with appliances/equipment in the room. There's a wide variety of nearby activities since the Cactus is located directly in the Heart of Copperas Cove. All in all, the Cactus will put a roof over your head at a very affordable price. They also take the safety of the residents very seriously so you can sleep peacefully at night. If I could, I would rate them higher!

Beautiful rooms reflected through beautiful employees. Best price in town, plus, fridge, microwave, coffee pot. The owners were so nice to interact with, and so was their staff. Twas the best motel experience I've had through over 2 months of travel in Texas by bicycle.

The hotel is very accommodating, the maintenance is always making sure we have everything we need. The service is nice and the hotel is also located by stores, and many many food places as well. It is never too noisy, and its always peaceful here. It is also cheap and well affordable. I will be coming back here when I need another hotel room.

The prices are very affordable. The rooms are always clean, and if there's ever any issues they are quick to solve the problem and make the moment right. The people that own this business are good, and honest and do their best to make their customers happy and feel welcome. I stay here regularly and some of the things I'm seeing on these reviews sound like people who just want to make the business look bad out of spite because the things they are saying are false and not true to the character of the nice people who own Cactus. 10/10 recommend for someone in need of shelter on a budget.

I live here right now because I am in between homes. I work 2 jobs 80+ hours a week and money is tight, it is for everyone. The owners have been fair to me when I am short on money. Overall it’s a great place, great location, fair price.

Hey y'all. I just had my last day at the cactus and I have to say my stay was great. The room was clean, the beds were super comfy, and the staff was awesome to me. It's not the most luxurious place but it's cozy and the owner and his wife were amazing. Thank you guys.

The rooms are very clean and very home like! I love it! very cozy place to stay, right next to some amazing food attractions. I am definitely staying here again when I’m passing through this town! P.S. the rooms are so much better than they were2 years ago, as the owners have enforced a whole new staff!

Rooms are getting much better with level of cleanliness & their in processing of the maintenance in bathrooms. Had to clean the ac filters after me ans my daughter getting a yuck cough... wish they would provide a type of living assistant support for domestic violence/homeless/single mom just trying make $$ & survive everyday...
